Kroshelan currently occupies the role of Executive:
Client Experience Strategy at Liberty. Embracing the principles of a human centred design approach, with a view to creating amazing experiences for Liberty's clients and financial advisers.
Kroshelan's approach has been to leverage technology and digital capability where required with a strong focus on understanding human behaviours and human values as the core drivers to success. He has a track record of successfully deploying strategic transformation programmes and customer focussed initiatives throughout his career which spans more than 25 years across the mining, banking and insurance industries.
Kroshelan has an Undergraduate Degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA from Duke University and has successfully completed an executive programme in Digital TransformationS trategy at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
