Brett joined the Astute team as a board member in 2014, and was part of the turnaround project team, Avanza.
He helped the executive team build the strategy setting and monitoring process still used today. He currently
serves as Chairman of the ASTE board. He ran the strategy execution department at Liberty IT before helping the Group launch their short-term insurance start-up business in 2018.
Since joining the Wealth Digital team at Standard Bank in 2019, and having built a team to run a fully configurable, cloud native insurance platform, he’s moved in leading various platform businesses within the Bank’s innovation space.
