Digital Consent allows intermediaries to assist the client with financial needs analysis without having to obtain a paper-based consent that the financial advisor’s client or potential client has to manually sign. Digital Consent is based on an agreement between the intermediary and the client; the intermediary will request Digital Consent via the Astute Online software platform and the client will receive an SMS that will allow them to accept or decline the consent request digitally.
